Bushrangers Bay
Named after two escaped convicts, Bushrangers Bay is located in Mornington Peninsula. On this delightful walk you’ll experience a myriad of ocean views, rocky bays, the Cape Schanck Lighthouse. You’ll visit both Bushrangers Bay and Fingal Bay, experiencing stunning views and nature, spotting wildlife along the way.
Trailing through the Banksia forest you may see some Kangaroos, and as you walk closer to the bay you will hear the crashing of waves against the beach. The area has both a little mystery and a lot of beauty surrounding it.
Summer or winter, this walk is a wonderful coastal exploration and the soft sandy beaches and trails will give those calves a great little workout.

What to Bring
- A drink bottle, or two bottles on a hot day
- A small backpack
- Medication, camera, etc.
- Hat or beanie depending on the weather
- Walking poles if you normally carry them
- Walking clothes suitable for the weather on the day
Food
We provide a healthy picnic-style lunch such as fresh wraps or seasonal salads with added protein, and sometimes hot soup in winter. Snacks may include oranges, anzac biscuits, lemon slice, or a sweet treat. We do our best to cater for dietary intolerances like celiac and nut allergies, and preferences such as vegetarian, however we may not be able to accommodate all requests, especially for last-minute bookings or complex requests. In some cases, you may need to bring your own food or an additional charge may apply. Please bring enough water for the day and reach out early if you have any questions.
Transport
We do not provide transport, however we can assist in arranging ride sharing
